is a privately held certified woman-owned small business located in Suwanee, GA. The organization began under the leadership of Carolyn Bledsoe in 2013. 

Carolyn is a subject-matter expert in economic and workforce development programs. She provides assistance to government agencies, educational institutions and community  based organizations in developing and improving programmatic outcomes and in enhancing their contract performance.

Carolyn's knowledge as a subject matter expert in skills training for different population groups is an asset in helping community residents, governmental agencies and community groups improve employment strategies for their programs.

As a former business owner and operations manager of several workforce development programs and 20+ years experience in human resources, Carolyn has achieved recognition both nationally and locally. She has received awards for outstanding outcomes, strategic directives and consensus building among various public and private systems.
